We're so proud to see how successful The Institute of Leadership & Management Foundation's professional development program is!

Last November, ILM started an Experiential Learning Workshops Series to share engaging teaching strategies, with a focus on social inclusion, specifically on local ethnic minorities. This is particularly valuable for teachers, trainers and coaches in life education and values education.

雖然不同機構帶著不同理念推廣各自運動，但「公平」這個字，似乎是每個社創機構的共同追求。

但甚麼才是真正公平？ —— 每個人都享有一樣的機會和資源就是公平嗎？

@internationalwomensday_global 今年定下 #EmbraceEquity 這個主題，向全世界分享真正的「公平」，是要考慮到不同人的實際需要提供資源，令每個人都能成功，才是真正公平共融。

現在你知道公平的定義，然後呢？

當然是在日常生活和工作中實踐！

To Dream Impact, March has three meanings - it's our DE&I month, it coincides with International Women's Day, and it's our partner B Lab HK & Macau's B Corp Month celebration.

Although the missions of the 3 organisations are very different, the pursue of "equity" seems to be the common goal.

But what is "equity"? Does it mean that everyone gets to have the same resources and opportunities?

International Women's Day 2023 shares that, equity is about recognizing the different individual needs, and giving what's needed for them to be successful.

Now that you understand the difference between equity and equality, then what?

To apply it in your organisation and day to day life, of course!
