18 Jan [Dream Service] Design Thinking is important to Startups
“Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.” Steve Jobs.
In our last post, we looked into the research on why some startups fail. Over 42% of the failures are because there is no market need for the business, which means people are not willing to buy the services or products.
“Design thinking is all about finding the problem worth solving” says Nitin Sethi from Quikr. If you don’t know what you’re solving, how can you create a worthwhile solution? Design Thinking is a humanist and customer-centric approach that allows you to think broadly, observe customers in order to understand market needs and solve a targeted problem.
Learn more about Design Thinking and get some practical tools in an interactive and humanist workshop co-organised by @EducationForGood and @DreamImpact. The experienced trainers can help you see your business differently.
