It comfortably accommodates up to 50 participants and comes fully equipped with chairs, tables, and A/V systems to support your event needs. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. You can also add on the café area as an extra breakout or networking space to elevate the overall experience and increase your event capacity to up to 70 guests.

Synergy Room is an event space that can accommodate up to 100 guests, suitable for large-scale events, such as seminars, press conferences and corporate training events. Dream Impact team can also offer different venue setup to meet your event needs, as the Synergy Room can be divided into Room A and Room B to facilitate events of different sizes. You may also consider using the Dream or Impact Room for smaller workshops; or hosting fireside chats or gatherings in the open area.

Yes, please communicate with our team in advance so that we can ensure that our team is present to assist.
Please note: preparation and clearing time are not included in the booking period. If you wish to allow setup or clean up buffer before or after your event, please include this time in your booking period. If the usage time exceeds the original booking period, Dream Impact reserves the right to charge the standard hourly rate.
Bookings may be made up to four (4) months in advance.
All single bookings scheduled on Weekday evenings (6:00pm-11:00pm), Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays require a minimum rental commitment of at least two hours per booking.
Cancellation within 7 days or less before the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the venue rental fee (no refund or credit offered);
Cancellation made 8 to 14 days before the event date will incur a 75% cancellation fee (remaining 25% may be refunded or converted into credit).
Cancellation made 15 to 30 days before the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee (remaining 50% may be refunded or converted into credit).
Cancellation made 31 to 60 days before the event date will incur a 25% cancellation fee (remaining 75% may be refunded or converted into credit).
Cancellation made more than 60 days before the event date will not incur any cancellation fee on the remaining venue rental balance.
Our team will check the condition of all supplies, tables and chairs after each venue booking period. If there is any damage found, Dream Impact reserves the right to seek compensation based on individual circumstances.
If the venue host leaves wastes at our event venue, Dream Impact will charge HK$1,000 as cleaning fee.
Our event venue is equipped with a comprehensive recycling system. You can easily recycle by following simple instructions.
If our team finds garbage or material wastes that need to be disposed of after the booking period, Dream Impact will charge a cleaning fee of HK$1,000.
If you wish to use the cups, plates and cutlery provided by our event venue, but wish not to wash them yourself, you can opt in for our cleaning service when you make your reservation.
Cleaning fee:
• Small event (1–20 people) → $150
• Medium event (21–50 people) → $250
• Large events (51+ people) → $300
• Extra large events (100+ people) → $500
If the cups, plates or cutlery provided by our event venue have been used but not properly cleaned, Dream Impact reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee according to the above fee schedule.
