There are two types of Partners: Resident Partners (RP) and Non-resident Partners (NRP). RPs will be using both our co-working and event space, while NPRs will use the event space only.

Dream Impact is registered in Hong Kong as a limited company by shares. We are inspired by the guiding principle of UK’s Community Interest Company. Our profits, will be divided into three equal parts, one-third will be re-invested to grow the company, one-third will be donated to social causes aligned with our mission, and one-third will be shared by staff and directors.

Ms. HW Chan

Ms. HW Chan has over 40 years of administration and management experience in SME . Ms. Chan is now focusing on promoting the culture of Corporate Social Responsibility. She has been actively participating in various voluntary work, especially in providing eye examination, prescription and donation to people in need. Ms. Chan also has experience in holding charity events with different NGOs.

Mrs. Rebecca Yung

Rebecca is a business entrepreneur turned social entrepreneur. She is devoting fully to promoting social innovation and social entrepreneurship. She is Founder & Chair of Golden Age Foundation; Founder & Vice-Chair of Education for Good; Founder & Convener of Ednovators and Chair of Social Enterprise Summit.

Mr. YS Lam

YS is a self-made entrepreneur who has founded a social enterprise running two optical shops with a mission – ‘Better Vision Better Life – One Plus One’; for any sale of a pair of glasses, another pair will be provided free of charge to persons in need. He is passionate in creating a space and platform to help young minds to start their own business and achieve their dreams.

Dr. K K Tse

Dr. K K Tse is a retired management consultant and has been active in promoting social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong and China in the past ten years. He is the Founding Chair of Hong Kong Social Entrepreneurship Forum, Co-founder of Dialogue in the Dark (HK) Ltd., Co-founder of Education for Good CIC, Founding Chair of Social Investors Club.
